How do I return an item?
Princess Tutus Boutique Returns Policy
All sales are final as all of our items are custom made to order. We custom make each tutu, flower girl dresses, boutique clothing, top, hair bows, personalized bloomers, etc. as we receive the orders. However, we will accept returns if the error is on us by creating and mailing the wrong size or if the color selections are wrong. Please first contact us either by sending us an email to email@example.com to get the pre-approval and what the next steps will be in getting the correct items sent to you. Upon receiving the items back to us, if we suspect that the items have been used or are damaged in any way other than through the mail service we will ship the items back to you at your expense. All orders that are sent back asking for a refund will not be accepted unless you have spoken with our company first. Any unclaimed packages that are sent back to us from the postal service will not be refunded.
